Grilled Corn on the Cob


  • 5 ears of corn
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 5 pieces of cooked bacon
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • garlic salt and pepper to taste
  • Grilling nonstick grilling spray
  • Cooking twine


Carefully pull back husk to stem of corn and tie together with cooking twine.

Place in a cold-water bath for 30 minutes.

Preheat grill to 400 degrees and spray with nonstick grilling spray.  Season corn with garlic salt and pepper and place on grill.

Cook for 15-20 minutes, turning in 5-minute increments. Once corn is done, remove from grill and spread evenly with mayonnaise, season with more garlic salt and pepper to taste and top with crumbled bacon, cilantro, and a dash of parmesan cheese.  Serve warm.
