I’ll wager an alphabet that this one pot, homemade soup is a hit with kids and adults alike. It’s such a quick, tasty, and fun recipe.
Ingredients For Chicken Noodle Alphabet Soup
8 cups Chicken Broth
1 large chicken bouillon cube
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. ground pepper
½ onion, diced
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup carrots, chopped
1½ cups of chicken, cubed
2 cans of cream of chicken
1½ cups of alphabet pasta
Directions
In a large pot, pour the chicken broth, the salt and pepper, and the bouillon cube. Mix slowly until the bouillon cube dissolves and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Add in the celery, carrots, onions, and chicken. Cover and cook on medium heat for 25 minutes.
Stir in the cans of cream of chicken and slowly mix until lumps are gone. Add in the alphabet noodles, cover, and cook for another 5-10 minutes until the noodles soften.
Serve your soup with either your favorite rolls or crackers while warm. Enjoy!
