Ingredients
1 shallot, finely chopped
2 (8-oz) packages cream cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
8 oz diced precooked ham
3 tablespoons whole grain mustard
1/2 cup water
DIRECTIONS
Chop shallot (2 tablespoons). Place all ingredients in slow cooker; cover and cook on HIGH for 50–60 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cheeses are melted and mixture is smooth. Place slow cooker on warm. Serve dip hot with crackers.
