Find your Mom Village
In Collaboration with @ColGaWithKids
Motherhood can sometimes feel isolating, but finding your “village” can make all the difference. Whether you’re looking for friendship, support, fitness, or educational resources, the Columbus area offers a variety of mom groups to help you connect, grow, and thrive alongside other families.
Whether you’re a new mom, a seasoned parent, or somewhere in between, there’s a group below that’s ready to welcome you. So pack up the diaper bag, grab the stroller, or just come as you are—your community is waiting.

More than just a workout, S.L.A.M. is a global community of moms lifting each other up, literally and figuratively.
